Refund Policy

At Innoscend, Inc., we are committed to providing excellent products and services. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds in certain situations as outlined below.
1. Pre-Launch Campaign
If you’ve participated in our pre-launch campaign for PixyBeam, we understand that your plans may change. If you wish to receive a refund for your deposit, you may do so at any time prior to the launch day. We will refund 100% of your deposit to the same form of payment used to place the order, with no questions asked.

2. Product Purchases
For all other purchases, if you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition of the Product: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, unless there is a defect or damage.
- Shipping Costs: Refunds for product purchases do not include the original shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Digital Products and Services
Refunds for digital products and services, including software, downloads, and digital content, are generally not available once the product has been accessed or downloaded. However, exceptions may apply for defective products, or if the digital service has not been provided as agreed.
